2023 vienneInvited by the artist and director of the Moly-Sabata residency, Pierre David invites the Crafties to engage in conversation and create a spatial arrangement of his still lifes, engraved on gold or copper leaf. In the Vienna art center, this exhibition will be activated by tea-time events to allow visitors to meet. This risograph-printed project is the result of a month-long residency at Moly-Sabata, during which the motifs, born from research within the local area, emerged. Risograph printing, historically linked to underground culture here reinterprets the ancestor of wallpaper, domino paper, through its unique format and repetition.
